Literature Reviews

As aviation education prepares individuals for the workforce, it must ensure that they are prepared to meet the competencies demanded of their job. Competency-based education is an approach that could be used to ensure aviation education properly prepares students. This literature review will cover the challenges of implementing this approach as well as the current status of the approach in the aviation industry.
